Uranchimeg, T “Mongolian workbook” Ulaanbaatar. (2002)
(For foreigners)
This Mongolian Language exercise book is made for Mongolian Language students at all levels. This book contains exercises covering virtually all aspects of Mongolian grammar and can be used in conjunction with any Mongolian Language text book. It contains words, expressions, sentences, and grammar which are used everyday by native Mongolian speakers. In the six chapter of this book 250 different, practical, grammatical points are covered with 595 exercises for these points. How can this book used? Students can use this exercise book to supplement the exercises given in the grammar book they are already using. One thing I have noticed is that all too often, Mongolian Language students get comfortable communicating with only the certain Mongolian grammar they have grown accustomed to using. Many other important lessons which have been learned are soon forgotten because of lack of use. This book can be used as a great memory refresher for studied but forgotten grammar. For those of you who wish to learn just enough of the Mongolian Language to get around the exercises in the first four chapters are just what you are looking for.

Bayarmaa, Kh “Mongolian Colloquial Speech” Ulaanbaatar. (2006)
(Language Exercises for Mongolian Language Students)
One of the biggest frustrations for any students of Mongolian is that after months of learning the language, and after attaining a level of proficiency where they can communicate well with their teachers, they find themselves barely able to understand a word spoken to them on the streets or in public places. Usually this is not due to a luck of vocabulary, rather the common spoken language is contracted and reshaped in such ways that familiar words are hard to recognize. This book has been written to help students with their ability to hear and understand everyday colloquial Mongolian and to be able to use the most important contractions in their own speech. The book is full of useful words and expressions. It contains numerous exercises focusing on common features of the spoken language. Two CDs included.
